Terms & Conditions
Warranty
Every item sold includes a 90 day parts & labor warranty. Items also may be purchased with extended warranty. Neslab Inc. service contracts may also be arranged if desired. Return freight is not included in the warranty. Every effort will be made to resolve problems on-site, but if a unit must be returned to our service depot, it must be shipped freight prepaid to our location. It will then be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the owner. Chiller City will not accept "Freight Collect" Shipments.
Payments
All items must be paid for before shipment unless other arrangements have been made in advance of order. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Company Check, MasterCard, Visa and Wire Transfer. All items shipped outside the United States must be paid in advance by Wire Transfer.
Credit
All first orders are sold on a prepaid basis. For continuing business relationships, open accounts may be established. At a minimum, to establish an open account your company must have the following:
- Been in business a minimum of 3 years with satisfactory Dunn & Bradstreet rating
- Have a prompt payment record, with no derogatory credit information
- Have a minimum of 3 credit references extending credit in excess the amount desired
- Make available bank references
- Be incorporated in the United States
- Other information may be required.
Returns & Liability
Chiller City makes no representation of any item sold to be fit for a particular purpose and assumes no liability for it's use or misuse. It is assumed that the unit will be installed and operated by qualified personnel. Due to the custom nature of temperature related equipment, refunds are not issued on returns. Most often, if a unit is not suitable for an application it may be traded in toward a more suitable unit.
