Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and services provided by Chiller City Corporation (“Chiller City”). They are intended to provide clear, practical expectations for commercial, industrial, and governmental customers.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Chiller City, submitting a purchase order, requesting services, or accepting delivery of goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Order of Precedence
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a written quotation, order acknowledgment, invoice, or other written agreement issued by Chiller City, the terms of the written document shall govern.
Warranty
Every item sold includes a 90 day parts & labor warranty. Items also may be purchased with extended warranty. Neslab Inc. service contracts may also be arranged if desired. Return freight is not included in the warranty. Every effort will be made to resolve problems on-site, but if a unit must be returned to our service depot, it must be shipped freight prepaid to our location. It will then be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the owner. Chiller City will not accept “Freight Collect” shipments.
Payments
All items must be paid for before shipment unless other arrangements have been made in advance of order. Acceptable forms of payment Incluse Cash, Company Check, Visa & MasterCard, ACH, Wire Transfer, Zelle and PayPal. Crypo acceped with prior arrangments. All items shipped outside the United States must be paid in advance by Wire Transfer.
Shipping, Inspection & Claims
All shipments should be inspected promptly upon receipt. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Chiller City within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this time frame may result in denial of claims.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated in writing.
Credit
Chiller City offers a simplified, one-page credit application process. Credit applications are evaluated by a third-party provider, which establishes approved credit limits and payment terms. Approval is not guaranteed. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) May also be accepted with written authourzaion (form below)
Chiller City reserves the right to require prepayment, partial payment, or alternative payment methods for certain orders, including custom equipment, special-order items, first-time customers, or international transactions.
Returns & Liability
Chiller City makes no representation of any item sold to be fit for a particular purpose and assumes no liability for its use or misuse. It is assumed that the unit will be installed and operated by qualified personnel. Due to the custom nature of temperature-related equipment, refunds are not issued on returns. Most often, if a unit is not suitable for an application it may be traded in toward a more suitable unit. Please see our Complete Return Policy for details.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions, and any sale, transaction, or dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any legal action shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Arizona.
