Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)
About the Role
We’re seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and driven Warehouse Associate to join our Mesa, AZ team as the sole warehouse employee. The first ~6 months focus on cleanup and reorganization; afterward, you’ll run smooth day-to-day operations and take on added responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Reorganize and optimize warehouse layout, restoring order and flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory and update the computerized inventory system.
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments; coordinate carriers.
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (training provided; OSHA certification not provided).
- Keep the facility clean and safe; perform general maintenance.
Requirements
- Must-have: Work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Physical: Lift 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver’s license; reliable, punctual attendance.
- Preferred: Warehouse & forklift experience; HS diploma/GED.
Compensation & Schedule
- $18–$30 per hour (DOE). Bonus after successful 90-day probation.
- Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00. Occasional overtime; flex scheduling available after training.
- 13 paid vacation days + 6 paid holidays annually.
